Q.Do I need to log in when shopping?
A. Yes. Please register your account and log in before purchasing.
Q.I forgot my login password.
A. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen and enter your registered email address. We will send you an email regarding password reset, so please set a new password yourself. If you have forgotten your email address, please register a new account.
About product price
Q.Does the displayed price include consumption tax?
A.Yes, the price including consumption tax is displayed.
Sales prices may fluctuate due to the effects of raw material prices and exchange rates.
About payment
Q.What payment methods are available?
A. Bank transfer (prepayment), credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), mobile payment (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, LINE Pay, Merpay, PayPay), online payment (PayPal), convenience store payment (7-Eleven, Family Mart, Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki: advance payment) is available. Please note that fees may be charged depending on the payment method.
Q.I would like to have a receipt.
A. In the "memo" column displayed on the cart page, please write the receipt request, "address", and "proviso". A receipt will be sent together with the product.
Regarding shipping
Q.How long does it take to receive the product after placing an order?
A.It depends on the area where you live, but it will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days after you place your order. Please check the shipping details in the email sent to you when your order is shipped.
Q. What kind of shipping company do you use?
A.It depends on the size of the product to be delivered, but it will be delivered by Japan Post's click post or Yamato Transport's courier service. Depending on the situation, it may be delivered by other shipping companies. Please note that it is not possible to specify the shipping company.
Q.Please tell me about the shipping fee.
A. If it can be delivered by Click post, it will be 185 yen nationwide.
We will mail it to your mailbox.
(The packing size of the Click post is length 23 cm x width 31 cm x thickness 3 cm.)
In the case of delivery by courier service such as Yamato Transport, the fee is 660 yen nationwide.
If the courier service or Click post does not fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered by hand. You will be notified by email when the shipment is complete.
Both Click Post and courier service can be tracked by tracking number.
In addition, shipping is free for orders over 3,240 yen including tax.
Q.Is it possible to specify the date and time?
A.You can specify the date and time for courier service. In addition, if you do not specify the date and time, we will ship as soon as shipping preparations are completed. Click post will be sent to the mail box of the delivery address, so you cannot specify the date and time.

Click Post is a shipping method that does not require a receipt stamp at the time of delivery, so it will be posted directly to the mail post instead of hand delivery. Click Post does not provide compensation in the event of damage, loss, or theft. Please understand this point before selecting the shipping method. In addition, if you wish to specify the date and time or hand it directly, please select courier service.
Q.I can no longer specify the date and time after changing the quantity in the cart.
A.If you change the quantity of products on the cart screen, the delivery date calendar may be temporarily hidden. In that case, if you reload the screen ( ctrl + R key), it will be displayed again.
Q.Do you ship overseas?
A.I'm sorry, but we only ship domestically.
About returns
Q.Can I return the product?
A. We will only accept returns for defective products or due to our mistakes.
Please contact us using the inquiry form within 8 days after the product arrives.
Even if you return the product without contacting us in advance, we cannot accept the return.
