Although this product is food, it contains various spices. Please note the following points.

[How to make medicinal hot pot]
1. Put about 800ml of dashi stock and all of this product in a pot.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. If it boils down in the middle of boiling, lower the heat or add hot water to adjust.
3. Turn off the heat and take out the dashi pack only. This completes the medicinal soup.
4. Put your favorite ingredients in 3 and enjoy it from the boiled one.
5. Season as desired. If you like spicy soup, please enjoy it with chili pepper or bean sauce.

[Recommended soup stock] Chicken stock, bonito stock, kelp stock, agodashi, etc. Gabu, pumpkin, mushrooms, ginger, garlic, sweet potato, sesame, etc.

[How to make medicinal curry]
1. Put about 800ml of water and all of this product in a pot.
2. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. If it boils down in the middle of boiling, lower the heat or add hot water to adjust.
3. Turn off the heat and take out the dashi pack only. This completes the medicinal soup.
4. Put your favorite fillings in 3 and simmer. When the ingredients become soft, add curry roux and boil to dissolve.
5. The medicinal curry is complete.
